Međimurje Graditeljstvo d.o.o. and the investor Hoteli ML with headquarters at Škalnica 65, 51217 Klana (Municipality of Klana) have concluded the Agreement on the construction of the reinforced concrete structure of the new hotel and its accompanying facilities in Novalja, on the Island of Pag. The Hotel will be classified as a 4-star hotel for 126 rooms and suites, and the planned deadline for the completion of the construction work is June 15, 2018.
Fitting and wiring work is expected to be performed in the fall of 2018 in order for the new hotel to welcome its first guests in the tourist season 2019.
